Designed not only for tart tatin, this dish is an excellent choice for a variety of recipes such as pizza, quiche and traditional pie recipes. The superior heat distribution of enameled cast iron produces perfect results, while the porcelain enamel requires no seasoning, minimizes sticking and is dishwasher-safe.
